We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care that goes into each piece.

📦 Processing Time

Most custom and personalized orders are made to order and ship within 1–2 weeks.
Ready-to-ship items typically leave our shop within 3–5 business days.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package. You’ll be able to choose your preferred method during checkout if options are available.

Please note: Shipping timelines are estimates and do not include processing time.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our shop, we are not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier. If your tracking number shows that your item has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping provider directly.
